   2016年3月23日—25日，英國中央蘭開夏大學（以下簡稱“我校”）與深圳大學，在英國文化委員會的資助下，成功舉辦了為期三天的中英大學畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的交流學習項目。自2015年，我校與深圳大學的合作項目“深圳大學中英科技創(chuàng)新孵化器”落地深大之后，12月份我校的專業(yè)導師團隊——“北極光”團隊首次亮相深大，進行為期三天的座談會活動之后，我校“北極光”導師及培訓課程深受深大創(chuàng)業(yè)者的好評。此次項目是去年活動的延伸與升華，在我校、深圳大學與蘭開夏科技（深圳）有限公司的三方共同努力之下，以促進中英兩所大學創(chuàng)業(yè)者的深層次交流和溝通為目的項目，在2016年3月23日由我校孵化器經理Peter Rawling 與深圳大學科學技術部副主任徐艷麗的發(fā)言中開啟了。此次項目分為兩個階段，第一階段在三月份由我校北極光導師帶領我校畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊來到深圳大學與其畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊進行交流學習，第二階段在四月份由深圳大學的畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊前往我校媒體工廠孵化器進行進一步的交流于學習。在第一階段的三天活動中，中英雙方的大學畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者，就企業(yè)模型、市場營銷、銷售、投資、知識產權等方面，進行了深切的討論與交流。此外，此次項目邀請了蘭開夏科技（深圳）有限公司總經理彭麗思就政府對創(chuàng)業(yè)者的資助方面做了詳細的介紹，同時也邀請了招商局國際有限公司的高級經理謝志鵬就跨國空海運方面給予了建議和方法。除了高度密集的學習之外，本次交流項目也有兩次有趣的小組學習，中英雙方的大學畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者利用簡單的原料，手工制作模型，通過小組實踐從中學習商業(yè)知識，獲得大家的贊賞。

From 23rd to 25th March, 2016, University of Central Lancashire (hereinafter referred as to “UCLan”) and Shenzhen University (SZU) have successfully held a three-day Sino-UK graduated entrepreneurs exchange programme with the funding of British Council. Since 2015, Shenzhen University Sino-UK Science & Technology Innovation Incubator, which has jointly worked along both sides, has settled down in Shenzhen. In December, 2015, our professional mentor team from UCLan --- Northern Lights paid their first visit to Shenzhen, attending a three-day seminar in SZU, and well received among most SZU graduated entrepreneurs. This programme is a further extend and development of last programme. With the concerted efforts of the three sides: UCLan, SZU and UCLan Technology (Shenzhen) Limited (hereinafter referred as to UTSL), the programme aimed to promote deep-rooted communication between China and the UK, which was officially launched after Peter Rawling (UCLan Incubator Manager) and Xu Yanli (Deputy Director of SZU Science & Technology Department) respectively delivering their talks. This programme divides into two phrases- the first phrase is that Northern Lights mentors lead the UK cohort to SZU for exchange in March; the second phrase is that SZU cohort will go to UCLan media factory incubator for further communication in April. During these three days of phrase 1, both sides of graduated entrepreneurs further discussed and exchanged their thoughts in terms of business modeling, marketing, sales, funding, IP and etc. Besides, we invited Peng Lisi , General Manager of UTSL to introduce governmental supportive funding especially to start-up business and entrepreneurs. Meanwhile Xie Zhipeng, Senior Manager of China Merchants Holding International was invited to give a short talk in terms of multinational shipping/air lifting. Apart from intense exchanges and experience sharing, there were two interesting group works. Both sides of graduated entrepreneurs built a model with simple materials, through these two team work, they learnt massively about business, which also gain numerous praises.

    2016年3月25日，深圳市科技創(chuàng)新委員會副處長劉一平、深圳大學科學技術部主任文振焜、深圳大學科學技術部副主任徐艷麗、蘭開夏科技（深圳）有限公司總經理彭麗思等出席了此次項目的閉幕式，分別就深圳的歷史與發(fā)展，中英雙方的創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新等發(fā)表講話，成功拉下了此次項目的帷幕。此次項目的成功舉辦，推動中英雙方的大學畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的發(fā)展，促進雙方交流，同時也期待本次項目的第二階段順利舉行。

On 25th March, 2016, Liu Yiping, Deputy Director of Shenzhen Science & Technology Innovation Committee, Wen Zhenkun , Director of SZU Science & Technology Department, Xu YanLi , Deputy Director of SZU Science & Technology Department, Peng Lisi, General Manager of UTSL and other people attended this closing meeting and separately gave a short talk in terms of Shenzhen’s history and development, Sino-UK innovation and entrepreneurship and etc. The success of phrase 1 of this programme boosts the development of both sides graduated entrepreneurs, facilitates Sino-UK communication. We sincerely look forward to the phrase 2.
